Refund Policy


Returns

  • We can only accept returns/exchanges for oversight reasons on our end such as: wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

Monarch & Muse LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All sale items marked 30% or higher are final sale and cannot be returned.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer



Gift cards are non-refundable.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or products purchased with a promotional discount code cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Monarch and Muse LLC does not cover shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
