COVID-19 Update: A message to our Monarch & Muse family
What does this mean for you?
- Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
- We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
- You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use proper abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from MonarchandMuse.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must touch base with the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx. Monarch and Muse does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. You MUST be home to sign for your package.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
We offer USPS First Class & Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

The last day to purchase and receive your product by Christmas in the U.S. is 12/13/20 at 11:59pm pst.
On occasion Monarch & Muse offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to our newsletter.
SHIPPING RATES are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 to any destination within the United States and we offer FREE shipping for any U.S DOMESTIC orders of $70+ (3 to 5 Business days)
- 2-Day Priority Shipping: $12.00 (2 Business days)
- Canada: $14.95 (5 to 7 Business Days)
- Rest of the World: $14.95 (10 to 15 Business Days)
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. Please ensure to check your property or with your neighbors to help locate the package. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
Please contact us with your claim number and we can work together on a resolution. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim as usually the packages do deliver during that time.
